We want you to love your Modern Feminine pieces! Because every item is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size, color choice, and shipping information before placing your order.

If there is any issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery at the.modernfeminine1@gmail.com. We will attempt to make it right. This may include:

• replacement

• store credit

• other reasonable resolution depending on the situation

✅ Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery at the.modernfeminine1@gmail.com with:

• your name

• order number

• a photo of the item/problem

We will happily replace the item at no cost to you.

• change of mind

• wear & tear from regular use

📦 Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. We are not responsible for orders marked delivered, but we will do our best to assist.
